Erica is a natural-born host and lover of all things beautiful. She is driven by an unending appreciation for design, travel, good food and fresh dining experiences.

A Washington native, Erica has fully embraced Hawaii as her home with its almost always sunny forecast. She is a seasoned event planner with a luxury destination wedding background. Her company Couture Events has designed elevated & custom weddings for Maui brides for more than a decade. Erica appreciates and emphasizes service-driven hospitality, strong design, and putting the guest experience first. Her personal aesthetic is worldly, natural, loose, and organic with a pinch of glam. With her team at Aloha Collective, Erica is bringing a fresh and innovative approach to the Maui event landscape.
